It has cost 60 Billion to destroy 70 years of stockpiled Soviet equipment and leave Russia no longer a threat to anyone. During the cold war we spent over 15 TRILLION and the collapse of the Soviet Union only left their crap spread across the globe. Best return of investment EVER defense wise.
