I'm aware, and i also know that cedar is held sacred by a few groups who maybe don't want people using it willy nilly, and would maybe rather people use plants or substances more connected to their own cultural traditions, so, again, said what i said, have a good one.
Hey Dr.W, I think I've said before that I find this useful. The past couple of days it's been a (not literal) lifesaver. Not going into details, but rough shit, and this has allowed me to enjoy something immensely meaningful that happened at the same time rather than having it ruined.
This feels like it has a place in the Jewish high holidays liturgy, probably after tashlich (a ceremony between the new year and the day of atonement where you apologize for ways you hurt people during the year - to them, then put out your course corrections)
I have saved it and see where it fits. I think it is a nice counter balance. We do the taking responsibility, but a little warding is pretty important. I will report back in October (it is a late year this year).
I find it a sactifying balm to my soul,which reinforces how incredibly lucky I am to know you, when I see you "quoted" randomly across the interwebs. Especially your craft workings.
