I used to love him and I'm a LFC fan because of him. However, his self-absorbed punditry and past with Man Utd have soured my view. His constant "me, me, me" during friendly matches on LFC TV were unbearable. While he's toned it down, his overall punditry remains poor. I get why fans don't like him.

Everyone has their own view mate. Personally the United thing for me wasn’t great and defo impacted how I think about him.
He did the same as McManaman in terms of running his contract down - people feel the same about him too and probably rightly so
