Of course, to afford big tax breaks to the uber-rich, the rest of us will lose most of our tax breaks.
Have you considered the possibility that we could have lower inflation and higher economic growth as well as a higher quality of life if we binned the income tax and replaced it with a progressive consumption tax?

The social policy bits we now use the income tax for would be moved into separate explicit subsidies.
What details there are (and some of it is comically vague, or at least written bizarrely,) are just awful, but we should all be schooling ourselves on what they are doing.
Let's be sand in the gears for the next four years.
There's a gravy train to stoke, and the Democrat Establishment is determined to keep it stoked.
The Democrats and Republicans serve the same masters, and conspire to maintain that oligarchy.
They are the problem.
They didn't.
There is no excuse.
And ACA is not universal healthcare.
