I’ve heard the EU May ask Elon for his algorithms. Good luck with that. They should simply ban Twitter in Europe

Unfortunately, it's probably more likely Twitter will ban Europe.

Just a dark thought flitting through my mind as I watch power consolidate and the world begin it's downward cascade.

Glad you're here George. I barely look at the "other place" these days, apart from specific scientist accounts that are not on here yet, for which I check their feed directly because fk that algorithm (I'd never find them otherwise). Keep writing!

I've had that with some of my YouTube videos: Taking off like a rocket in the analytics, only to hit an ideological glass ceiling and not make orbit.

Much like voting, if social media threatened the existing political-economy they'd ban it.

i just don’t understand why we’ve allowed algorithms to invasive?compare it to the old snail mail letters we used to write? can you imagine someone opening them then marketing around what u said?
algorithms will be humanity’s downfall. without privacy and free access to information we’re doomed.
