Maybe I just don't comprehend people blindly following an ideology. That's alright I don't understand a lot of things humans do. We make life so much harder with delusions than what it needs to be.

Gender Conforming normally, but it's not super clear why they're portrayed in the cartoon this way. Gender Conforming doesn't explicitly mean anti-trans, it just means you express your gender in a way that matches norms.
Maybe in this cartoon context it's meant to be "rabid gender conformists?"
