Rewatching TNG on Blu-ray, it’s amusing how frequently shots are out of focus but they got away with it because TV was 480p

I bought a 21" studio monitor and I still have to squint at it and get really close.
Like... I used to think that was normal? It was a blob vaguely shaped like me 😛
