My loudest complaint about the dems is that they don't know how to communicate. One step in the right direction would be labeling any Trump enabler as a "stooge". Hit them hard with it, every time. It's what the R's do and it works.

Roberts loves to slice & dice every response to appeals; no lower court is ever completely right on anything, esp. re Trump. Sotomayor's dissent yesterday basically amounted to, "Just approve what the judge ordered! This shouldn't be complicated!" And she was proved right today.

I respectfully dissent. Trying to avoid a situation where the executive flat-out refuses to obey a ruling from SCOTUS is not unreasonable. But I suspect it’s inevitable. If so, best that it’s the executive is clearly to blame. I think Roberts is just giving them more rope to hang themselves.

With this ruling the supreme court made it very clear they REALLY do not want to rule against their supreme leader. And won’t.
