A good point. Could be hard to prove unless the ID clinic specifically advertised non-traditional therapies. But doesn't seem like they found any that did so that's a positive I guess!

Is there a reason you have "chronic Lyme" in quotes? We have more than enough evidence from the peer-reviewed medical literature that it exists. Some of that evidence is compiled in the following publication: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38200984/

I had a pt once who had an extensive work up that was unremarkable and later flew to Germany to get ozone therapy, hbo, abx, ice baths, after she was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease. She later sent me a long letter so that I would know what I missed for any of my future pts.

I was so surprised to learn that charlatans are not unique to America. For some reason, I thought America was unique in this way.

Had another pt ask me about vitamin c infusions today. And if they could use their port (reserved for their abx and chemo) for vit c infusions 😬
