'Fabric first' is dead.
Nobody - homeowners, landlords or the government - is going to pay £100k a pop (that they'll never see back) to insulate every home in the land.
We need to focus on heat pumps instead because that's actually achievable.

It's incredibly toxic, made entirely out of carcinogens, poisons your testicles, causes terrible mould and rot problems and makes your house unmortgageable.
But this is the sort of thing that 'fabric first' encourages, and we don't have regs to prevent.
That offset bracket for insulating buildings better does not have to be used solely with spray foam insulation. It would also work well with hemp or aircrete insulation or basically any kind.
