If the POTUS actually did this than a Republican who supports Ukraine should file a resolution in Congress warning him that if he doesn't reverse course they will file articles of impeachment for violating the Budapest Memorandum.

Next week, extreme Republicans will try to jam through a budget plan that would slash funding for AHCCCS in order to give billionaires another massive tax cut. It doesn’t lower costs for Arizonans. It doesn’t put our economy in a better position. It sure as hell doesn’t rein in federal spending.
