Trump wasted over 5 BILLION GALLONS of reservoir water that was meant for California's summer citrus-growing season. None of that wasted water reached L.A., where the fires, by the way, were already under control (and had nothing to do with water shortages). This was no mistake. This was SABOTAGE.
