I'm pretty sure the Supreme Court will 'buy' the argument that the 14th Amendment to the Constitution was not meant to convey citizenship on US-born children of illegal emigrants. This interpretation can be made based on 'Originalism Theory' - a conservative method of constitutional interpretation.
