I’ve seen takes that use the budget of the second season to complement the success of the first season — that the success of the first season warranted the increased budget.. I completely agree with you about it being worth the budget. It’s a absolute masterpiece.

When the first season completed I said that Star Wars doesn't deserve anything that good. And I love Star Wars. Andor is on a much higher level - but it wouldn't exist without what I grew up on. George Lucas gave us a wonderful sandbox to play in.

I like Paul, but Andor was amazing and deserves every nickel. Seems low budget for 1 season, but it’s 2. The Star Wars series and movies are going to get solid views for decades on Disney+ or anywhere else they put them.
