kinda wild for a city to want to tell their cops to do additional work for other agencies (likely on the city's dime) and in the next breath ask their citizens to pay for already increasing law enforcement costs with a sales tax.

CIVICS: Spokane Valley is voting on a resolution to tell their cops to break state law and start helping ICE and Border Patrol. Also, they want to raise SpoVal resident taxes to pay for more cops and they're holding a public hearing on that, too.
