To stop myself from just critiquing Democrats, I wish someone would start an "IT ONLY TAKES 4" movement to place the blame on who is really making this all possible -- the Republicans in Congress.

I admire the R's confidence enabling Trump & Musk's Gestapo troops because they're making a planet-breaking bet that these chaos agents get everything exactly right, there will be no pitchforks coming for their heads, and they don't have another planet to evacuate to.

There's another, darker reason that Republican spines have all gone missing. Publicly speaking out against POTUS Musk and his minion Trump can lead to mean tweets, which the MAGA masses interpret as "send this person death threats," and worse.

One of the many, many things I don’t get is why they can’t just say “OK, primary me.” Cassidy, for example, is 67, and probably has a fat government pension in addition to what he earned as a doc. Is being a Senator SO central to his life that he couldn’t just walk away from it?
