I'm honestly trying to stay away from it all, I've just had enough of it. I've muted dozens of accounts I followed over there, I've muted names of politicians, parties and political hashtags applying to stuff I support as well as things I won't tolerate.

And I feel better for it.

As I said elsewhere, there's only so many times you can be told Brexit's shit, the Tories are bastards or Tr*mp's a c*nt. I agree with those sentiments but Christ, I'm sick to death of hearing about them.
