On mobile it looks fine, maybe anti-aliased? Not sure if you were going for a 1:1 pixel look or if the mild AA is intentional. Can still see the details tho!

on desktop for me it starts out blurry but clears up once the video has had a chance to load all the way.

http://tokimeki.blue has an option to look at video at 720p, but if it's actually showing the video at that quality is anyone's guess

from there, it -looks- ok on my end? at the very least it's not EXTREMELY blurry, but finer details do feel like they're getting a little bit crushed

i did a double check, making sure to swap from the lower quality to 720p. actually everything looks good!
