you could make it so you only have a following feed and then turn off reposts so you only see the opinions of people you choose to follow. always the option to switch between feeds too.

the feed customizability on bluesky is pretty decent. there's definitely a way to filter out the complainers. only problem is that depending on what you want it might take some effort to curate.
