Fantastic! I haven't seen mention of Klein in a very long time. Makes me feel like an elder statesman of horror lurking malevolent in the shadows created by the black holes of selfishness rampant in our streets. Time to eradicate vermin with plague borne of mercury tongue....

This is rad. I loved this story and "Petey" from Dark Gods. I was mixed on "Children of the Kingdom" and "Black Man with a Horn". They were still effective stories, but I fear that Klein looked at Lovecraft's work and decided the latent racism was a feature rather than an unfortunate relic.
