The worst thing that could happen to this franchise, that would set Giants back another 5 years, is Mara allows Schoen/Daboll to pick a QB at 1.03 and then he fires them after 2025.
Now you’re handing the new GM/Coach a QB they may not want.

It’s Mara’s job to make sure that doesn’t happen.
Draft a player at 1.03 that is scheme flexible in case Mara decides to fire them and hire a new GM after 2025.

Graham next to DL for next 5 years would be a force no matter who the coach is. Would make DL even better.
Or Carter opposite Burns.
