Whoever is renaming apps at @microsoft.com should be fired. They renamed Remote Desktop to the “Windows” app. What the f*ck? Windows is Windows. This Copilot nonsense is out of control and just confuses their customers. It’s ridiculous.

For me it's the inability to turn off web search on the Star Menu search. If I wanted to look something up on the internet, I'd go to my browser! Now I try looking up the name of a program I installed, and instead of being reminded, I get taken to the web page for the program. F-ing USLESS!

If you're using Windows 10/11 Pro, theres a local group policy you can enable for this which I just did myself a few days ago and works. If you use home, theres a regkey you can change. I know there should just be a setting for this but these are solid solutions

Ask any web developer who had to code html for Internet Explorer 6 and you'll discover MS has always ignored best practices when it comes to design and compatibility, IE6 was absolutely awful.
