I chilled and relaxed allllllll day and gave myself a total break. Warmed up leftovers so I didn't have to cook. Treat number 1. Number 2 was waking up feeling relaxed 😎. Dinner is done for today...now to find some energy or resting and not worrying for a day is pure GOLD 🥇.
