As a Sanzo Priest, it’s unfortunately his duty to inspect odd spiritual disturbances. Especially when they begin to affect the temples and shrines in the area he’s been assigned to. The lanterns at the Kasuga Taisha shrine weren’t behaving as normal lanterns-
