Needs a series of coordinated ferry services across the bay at suitable locations too

Extend the 900 down from Anzac to, like, Middle Park so that we can have a totally inexplicable Port Melbourne–Middle Park ferry to complete the loop

Also extend the 906 to Werribee south and thence by aquatic transportation -- I'm not picky, maybe a hovercraft -- to Frankston.

At least one of these orbitals should have its loop completed with a canoe across the bay

Wouldn't even be the first time a canoe has been part of public transport:

At least we finally would have the direct Greensborough/Leon Park/Broadmeadows/Airport connection.

There’s a bus that goes from near me to Melbourne airport. I thought about taking it once, but found it takes 3 hours to get there and only runs 3-4 times a day.
Our bus system is awful.

London has its Superloop which is actually seven routes. Forming one orbital corridor. Average distance of about 20 km.

what if we had more frequent bus routes but they were only increasingly unhinged orbitals

Calls it an orbital yet doesn't complete the complete rotation around the area
