My impression is that transport costs (and everything else) is "separate." So it will be more expensive overall, but Seymour's mates get a big chunk of that, therefore it is "better."
That's weird, I could read that article earlier but now it's paywalled. In there it said that the $3 includes transport but I have no other info than that.

If it's the cafe down the road you can call them up, or drop by with feedback of student's likes/dislikes but when it's centralised?
