Wonder how inefficient and costly Musk's stupid performance email stunt is costing tax-payers and distracting the Dod (and other departments) form carrying out their missions?
Seems far-fetched to think one man (no matter how wealthy and connected) conducting appraisals of all federal workers is going to work well for him in the end.
