Work yesterday was intense. A supervisor was tough on a new team member and even tried raising his voice to me.

Spoke to the new guy—he was exhausted and upset. Told him not to take it to heart.

Then I called the supervisor:
"How will shouting at me help? It’s his second day!" 😤
