This week I've been diagnosed with combined ADHD. It all started with a friend pointing out symptoms and a junior colleague say "You do realise you have symptoms right!?". Got a referral from my GP and confirmed. It just explains a lot about my life and how I process information. 😊

Yesterday, I chose to #volunteer with GoodGym over social plans, helping the American Church prepare beds for 20 rough sleepers with food, warmth, and shelter. It was energizing, I ran 13K, saw friends, and ended the day fulfilled, knowing we made a real difference in these cold months. #Christmas
