lol I chose to engage specifically because it reminds me how good my spirit really is. It's in part literally how i figured out i wasn't stupid, wasn't a complete dick, etc. Comparing yourself to others generally isn't good. But can be a pick me up. :P

I do engage with posts that speak the hard cold truth about what’s ahead of us, even if it necessarily upsets me. I’d rather go in fully prepared than 🙈🙉🙊 and lose my mind because I didn’t see the steamroller coming. That’s just me. It doesn’t steal my joy. It just keeps me prepared.
