Been running 2-3 times a week after not doing shit for years. My legs are killing me, and I havenβt seen ANY results, but the runners high is nice, and my wife says she sees a difference. Itβs super tough to start, but the routine does eventually stick.
Well this is new to me haha! I see a lot of people mention its linked to being high. But I've had this sober and without trying anything so. Huh (; ^w^)
In the future, you will be able to spend 6 months in a VR Nirvana, emerging to find your body has been autonomously hitting the gym for 5 hours a day, 6 days a week and you've been intravenously sustained by kale extract and steroids.

Stay with the chips and bong. Just add light workout. Not Youtube "you wanna be fit" stuff. Try one set of pushups a week. One set of curls. One set of squats, just your own weight. Hold one plank. Do one set of opposite leg arm raises. Done. You can do them on different days.
People will say that does nothing. But compared to nothing, this does a lot. Don't let other people dissuade you from doing just a little. It's actually fun.
It doesnβt take THAT much time in a day. But it does require steady, regular commitment. When I started last year 20 minutes of cardio wrecked me. Now I can do 15 miles on my feet with only a little downtime in eight hours and feel fine the next day.
Lol i find getting stoned helps the monotony of exercise. But I too would prefer to just be in the future where I put in the work, my pillow is too soft and comfy thx.
This is why I try to focus on daydreaming about truly impossible nonsense like building planets, and to be gerbil -like & mindless about doing stuff that needs to get done.
I mean its true that the working out part isnt actually the most difficult part. The hardest part especially to maintain consistency in is diet/less eating
This is how I'll be when I finally start learning to draw. It will be so much fun, and I can tell a story with a pic instead of 1000 words, and I'll have a new skill where I can feel proud of myself for producing something to inspire and entertain others, and I can make personalized gifts for-
