Yes he really didn’t need to mention that individual as that remark obviously grabs the headlines…on the other hand he’s tried to make the point about structural inequaities and social determinants of poor health, which really needs to be his absolute focus.

But it's actually a sociological theory that Western beliefs & ways of operating are based on 'white' being "correct, normal, optimal", so making 'blackness' into 'other, different, aberrant'.
"Anti-whiteness" isn't about racism against white people, or being anti-white people.
