Good! Remember Elmer Stewart Rhodes only got a commutation, not a pardon. He's still a convicted felon who just had his sentence waived. Court can, therefore, limit his movement. https://youtu.be/yW7ETLKI9cU

Thank you for explaining. I literally read the OP and was like...if they have been pardoned, under what law can he restrict movement? Commutation makes more sense.
That’s the problem, Rhodes is an educated guy (J.D. Yale. B.A UNLV). He knows exactly what he’s doing and how to work the maga system. Looks are deceiving.
Then Courts should limit the movement of the convicted felon in the Washington crime house . I assume this order will not stand or if broken a pardon to any punishment will be granted, so only a temporary inconvenience
“The Republican Party is facilitating the perpetuation of Racism by supporting White Nationalism. In doing so, the Republican Party associating its brand with Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes with a symbol of Hate and Prejudice.”
The media has done such a shit job explaining the difference between pardon & commutation that I saved a blurb to notes so I don’t have to keep typing it out when replying to ppl who say shit like JoE bIdEn fReEd A mAn wHo mUrDeReD fBi AgEnTs
Only those who received Presidential pardons can legally possess firearms. Rhodes & anyone who had their sentences commuted were essentially released for "time served" but are still convicted felons & cannot own firearms.
And also AFAIK, the judge can impose conditions like this.
