Our main work platform is down because someone in IT didn’t do something they said they would do. Boss forwarded them an email trail where I confirmed the action would be taken and nothing further was needed at our side. Love a good paper trail.

I have already had to make calls to get this fixed! You know it’s bad when the external provider calls me to get it fixed for them. (But also the external provider loves me, I’m their poster girl, their favourite client etc etc)
(no really, I’m famous there. Whenever I meet anyone that works there they all go, “oh! You’re THAT Belle! I’ve heard about you and all the stuff you’ve been doing!”)
