Race reactivity is not bound to faction reactivity. So, imho, the faction with the most reactivity is GW. MW is a close 2nd.

If you wanted to play as an Elf Dalish only the Veil Jumpers allows you to be Dalish. Otherwise you’re a city elf. There are different dialogue options from what I understand.

That's true! It's minimal enough that I completely forgot about it (and my last run was a VJ ... which I've played several times) 🤣

For people really concerned about having a Dalish playthrough, I can see it mattering. But not for *amount* of reactivity.

I love Mourn Watcher Dwarf reactivity. I've only played it and GW as dwarves and there's a lot but my own personal bias I love the academic angles you can have with MW haha
