Absolutely. And every transaction he can't perceive as Me Win - You Lose he sees as Me Lose - You Win. This is why he cannot fathom international alliances or consensus decisions. And why it's so easy for manipulators to manipulate him. Just keep him the star and he takes the bait every time.
