Hot chocolate is witchcraft. Would love to try it. I have one important question tho. Ground cloves? What is it specifically? Because the first thing that comes to my mind is closed of garlic and i’m not certain that’s right.
Cloves are a type of flower bud from Indonesia that are dried, ground up, and used as a spice. Ground cloves goes particularly well with stuff that's a little tart, like oranges. You can buy them whole or ground at most grocery stores.
It is! Though, there's an added trick I can share - mix your cocoa powder with a splash of milk in a separate bowl until you get a paste, then add THAT to your steaming milk. It'll keep your cocoa from getting clumps!
If you use regular cocoa powder (as opposed to a mix), make sure you add sugar!
