Compared to biorender, bioicons looks really limited (but free) e.g. lacks interface to make content.

So users are building up content by pirating icons off web (& converting to new file types) or creating content in other platforms and uploading? Former is probably copyright infringement.

Re interface: I download the icons (svg files) and use PPT or Inkscape to make content.

Re content creation: you can create vector art using Inscape, PPT or Illustrator and donate your vector art to Bioicon. It will ask you how you want your icons to be licensed.
