I hate to say it, but at least he'd paying her well... but that should be like, the bare minimum!

I used to work for an exam board, and they would display artwork from students around the office. You may think "Oh that's nice" no! Company 'owned' the art as it was exams material...

They had some really interesting work on display all over the office that is practically anonymous to avoid doxxing people.

I often wonder if we even asked the student's permission! I doubt they were ever compensated...

In university my wife took art courses and found out that the teacher was selling the students artwork. She found put by going to an art sale. Zero compensation, zero thank yous, nada.
