So, I think the next Pope is likely to be Cardinal Parolin. There are many reasons. 1) successful pontificate & he's the continuity candidate, 2) a diplomat when the Church is likely to see international affairs & Trump as threats to the Church's mission, 3) a moderate w/ no ideological enemies...1/
