sure it’s not traditional thanksgiving fare but today i’m cooking up this 4lb piece of wagyu, potatoes au gratin and a pecan praline cheesecake. natalia is bringing french onion mac & cheese and green bean casserole 🤤
All of that is far better than The Driest Possible Bird that somehow became the traditional meal staple that people have since spent centuries trying to make moist.

I wish I could have pan seared those steaks. I got some fresh thyme yesterday. Would have been delicious!
