Sorry but I disagree. The time to act was when we had Ruth Bader Ginsburg refusing to retire. She should have been shamed into doing so. Instead, her legacy is that she left the door open for Trump and the MAGAts to take over the Supreme Court and eventually ruin our separation of powers - ThreadSky

Barring impeachment, a Supreme Court justice can serve until death. Your beef should be with the US Constitution or Mitch McConnell, not RBG, who had no crystal ball to see Trump appointing and McConnell's GOP confirming ACB AFTER Trump lost the 2020 election. That's how it is.
