It's too, is only as good as the data it feeds on. You can’t overlay tech like that on failing digital foundations and hope that it acts like polyfilla.
Get data structures & granularity right & there'll be little need for FDP + AI could be really useful. Believe we have an approach that could work.

My GP was trying to explain to my 90 MiL that she needs to order her prescriptions on the NHS app and I told him the pharmacy now has its own app that talks to your NHS app on your behalf. I ended by saying ‘I love that some tech bros has access to my NHS app now!’ 😬😔
