The days of Britain being a “global charity” are over, ministers will declare on Tuesday, as they outline their approach to cutting the government’s multi-billion aid budget by almost 50%

It's as though they want Britain to shrink away to nothing in the world as fast as possible.
Maybe they're ultimately doing everyone else a favour, but it can't be good for the UK.
Farage will immediately call for a 100% reduction in foreign aid, and the govt will still look uncommitted, half-hearted / half-heartless, and the press will still batter them for their weakness. I can't believe they're too stupid to understand this, again, and yet...

These buffoons couldn't do either.
I voted for a party that used to support the most vulnerable.
This form of the Labour Party is far from that. And the language they use ‘island of strangers’, ‘not a global charity’.
Why is the difference between them and Reform?
Instead, they are going even further right than the tories could get away with
Repulsive
Rightly or wrongly most people don’t rank this highly as a concern.
