I just did my annual freezer defrost

I had trouble finding a cold enough day so I could empty it put the tubs of the contents outside so I could defrost freezer

I had to start his process at 5AM but successful

I guess, I'll had to consider a self defroster, even thought they have many downsides

Any Tom, Dick, or Harry Bōlz could interfere with publication, but it would take real expertise to manipulate weather/climate data in a way that wouldn't quickly be exposed.

I don't think it is a big risk.

A similar set of issues exists for economic data. Fake data would likely be detected, but the headlines would have occurred.
