This is a great idea. I have let my wife know I would like the following at my funeral:
1. a magician doing up close magic
2. I will provide a list of speakers that I want to tell specific stories
3. to give everyone a dime bag filled with baby powder and tell everyone it is my ashes
After my funeral and ive been burned to ash, i want to put a piece of my ash into tiny little bottles encased in resin and given to people i care about and on the bottle a tiny message of "Smile as long as you can, one day it will dissappear.". Lucky charm remind you to smile.
I don't want a funeral I just kind of want to go missing for like the last 10 years and and like die anonymously but leave like a buried treasure somewhere with a map that's in my corpse on my jacket
First of all, love it. But don't forget to have some rehearsals beforehand and make sure everyone knows who will start, etc. Nothing worse than a disorganized choir all coming in at different times. You deserve better. Have a rehearsal.
At my funeral, I want a closed casket so the band could play “Pop Goes the Weasel” and keep everyone waiting with anticipation for me to pop up out of the casket.
At an event I go to, there is a group activity called "midnight oingo boingo" where we all gather to dance/sing along to Dead Man's Party and No One Lives Forever. It's a lot of people (like 50) and it's been happening for over a decade.

My buddy had a skull and one time one didn't break while cremating so I threw it...

Thank you.
At the wake after, there will be a big bowl of chili in pride of place with a sign saying 'EAT ME'.
Also not even in contact anymore, so no gift urn for me.
"Who could ask for more?" *(passes skull)
You. Death-time inspirational imaginings… good good…
