I think they should be forced to pay the taxpayers back from their (or their party's) campaign funds when they lose.
We're presently trying to work out a schedule for sworn depositions, which will easily take dozens of hours and cost taxpayers thousands of dollars.
I've always wondered what the value of a media credential could be.
Tens of thousands.
But, that would require them admitting that they're wrong...
