Like roaches, our legislators scurry away when anyone shines light on them. If they really are doing nothing immoral or illegal, why would they care about what you are writing?

I think they should be forced to pay the taxpayers back from their (or their party's) campaign funds when they lose.

They seem to be trying to delay this as much as possible.

We're presently trying to work out a schedule for sworn depositions, which will easily take dozens of hours and cost taxpayers thousands of dollars.

It’s just $4200 for him to sit in a 6-hr dep. That’s only 1 of the attorneys in the room. There’s also a court reporter (& videographer?). Also - the time to prep each witness before the deposition. And of course the time it takes the attorney who is taking the dep to prepare.
