The choice was made by candidate 1 to NOT stand up to Israel. Why are you so dead set on making it the victims' fault? This is on the dems. At ANY point Biden and Harris could've condemned Israel's actions and ceased funding or tried to. And they didn't. That choice wasn't a choice.
