Biggest difference was levels of education. My octogenarian Dad was firmly Remain; it broke his heart. He kept a 'Remain' campaign card in his window for last yr of life. I'm nrly 60: was on the big anti-Brexit marches pre-pandemic. I didn't see that many young ppl on those, mostly middle-aged.
