Perhaps Gatland should but it won’t make a scrap of difference. Gatland leaving won’t suddenly make the players bigger, faster or more skillful. It won’t give them the experience to overcome some of those shortcomings.
Look in honest opinion, do you think that Wales is in a position to recover from this down turn over the next 5 years? Cause I just don’t see them getting back to their original glory
It's going to get worse before it gets any better. Even if both Gatland and Walker leave next week, Wales won't win another match until the Japan tour next Summer. It's unlikely there will be more than 1 or 2 Lions from this lot so a good time to rebuild.
Trouble is who to bring in to replace the whole coaching set up?
All are inept as Welsh & English players look out of their depth
It’s the coaching not the players, or is it!
It’s both
How to solve the impossible- Gatland and Bortwick incapable of bringing out the best in excellent players
From head to toe, on and off the field, unfortunately really tough tough times for Wales. I mean this with the greatest respect it’s not a classic Wallaby team, they are also a team in transition. A tough watch for Wales fans.
Gatland's selections have been poor and the whole coaching team needs to be revamped.
He should do the right thing and resign after the inevitable loss to the Boks next week.
Yeah but he's in the big chair. So he goes. That's how it works. 11 losses in a row means he should be fired today. But Wales is apparently ok with sliding down to being a 2nd tier nation.

£600k a year would dull the pain a bit.
Team has regressed this year, they've been the exact opposite of Australia who were in pretty much the same boat at the start of the year.
